With the New Year come new opportunities. PlanIT staff would like to welcome the New Year with our new Riverside location. Just like our other locations, this facility is equipped with all state of the art equipment to help service all your needs. From blueprint reproduction, color posters and banners, to brochures, books, and small format, this facility can do it all.

HPZ 6100
Recently PlanIT purchased the new HP Designjet Z6100 large format color printer. This advanced printer features a unique print head design, with small drop sizes, and enables high-quality, high-speed printing.  It can handle a variety of media types, including photo, matte, banner and fine art.

2011 is looking to be a great year for PlanIT and its customers, and we look forward to servicing your general printing needs.

Thank you,

PlanIT Staff

Keeping it Simple

I think PlanIT has a good feel for the market, and I hope you (our clients) have noticed!  Contrary to other companies, we strive to keep our billing process simple, easy to read, and consistent.

Having had experience outside the industry as a real estate developer/ acquisition officer, I always noticed that I was given a low price per square foot that at first seemed intriguing, but turned out to be just the beginning .  After I received my first invoice which I almost needed an attorney to read, I noticed a myriad of fees: edge binds, staples, TIFF to PDF conversion fees, first set out fees, etc..  After some due diligence, I realized that this is how the reprographic industry generally operates, where companies try at length to throw out low price per square foot charges to bring in new clients, but create complex and hidden charges which you do not see until you are invoiced.  In my opinion, this is a waste of time for both parties: the reprographer and the client!

PlanIT has only two pages of invoicing codes, which translates to simple, honest and upfront billing for all of our clients.  Next time you have a free moment, please compare!
